Are all targets like this now? There are never any cash registers open. I went today and ONE cash register was open. Also, only 2 self check outs were open. You pretty much can only do order pick ups here unless you want to deal with insane lines and a store that’s a complete disaster inside.
It seems like most reviews of big box stores are typically only when a customer wants to complain, so I felt it prudent to review a positive experience at this location.
I placed an order online for drive up pickup. The process was simple and efficient. I received my order promptly when I arrived at the store and designated my parking space. The attendant was polite, courteous and seemed well organized for a very efficient pickup. Kudos!
They have tons of people working but the lines are always ridiculously long as if its christmas. After today I won't be going there anymore because who has that kind of time to wait in line. Their self check out line doesn't even have a max amount od items so people with whole carts full are waiting at self check outs so there's no ease to get your item and get out unless you have hours to spend
I use to love shopping at target and had fun doing it. It's been years since I've stepped in to this location. I started using the pick up and delivery service due to not liking the store environment. Lately the stock supply has gotten so bad. It's almost a guarantee that half the items you're looking for are out of stock. Looks like more business for Amazon and Walmart
The absolute worst. Makes Walmart look efficient. Lines are always outrageous, barely any cashiers, self checkout only has four registers. Customers always look so frustrated.
HIRE MORE PEOPLE. I want to give this place a good rating but it is so understaffed it's crazy. These cart jockeys and checkout workers are just putting the petal to the metal and they cannot keep up. This isn't just about Christmas time. This is all of the time. I feel sorry for the workers and manners for having to deal with this.
It appears that Target is joining other box retailers in an unbelievable reduction of customer service.
I walked in an a team member is standing chatting with a colleague in the middle of the entry way with a huge inventory cart.
Same person a minute later cuts me off as I’m exiting an aisle without so much as an “excuse me.”
The household cleaning production selection was dismal, mostly empty and very messy.
It’s noon on a Tuesday 3 weeks before Christmas: there is ONE regular cashier.
There are only TWO out of 5 self-checkout.
There is no one to assist and I watched an elderly woman barely holding herself up on a cane ask for help TWICE to no avail because as we all know these self checkouts NEED a staff person every 5 seconds.
Target we have much higher expectations.
Get back to that place where you were attempting to exceed them.
Always disappointed at this chain and today was typical. Despite being Autumn with 45 degree nights, no hats, gloves, or ear warmers… bought those at a nearby dollar store. No Kellogg’s Special K protein bars in either the pharmacy, the grocery section, or online; they don’t carry that brand. Staff never greet, offer help, or make eye contact. Stocking shelves with pallets and carts in the way instead of at night when aisles are free. Floors are dirty with trash and marks from pallet jacks. Product on shelves disorganized. I will not bother shopping this location ever again.
